Nokia Phoenix to be Powered by Snapdragon 710 SoC


News and rumors regarding HMD Global are always circulating the internet. However, this time they had to tell something new. According to the latest sources, Nokia is working on a new upper mid range smartphone that has been named as Nokia Phoenix. The most important thing regarding this phone is that it will be powered by Snapdragon 710 chipset.

Sources have also revealed that the phone might be released in autumn or winter this year. However, it is believed that it will make its first appearance in September this year. Nokia Phoenix is not the only phone to feature a Snapdragon 710 chipset. It is expected that the upcoming Google Pixel series will also feature the same processor. This information was drafted from a tweet of a top official at the company.

Another important thing to note is the launching of Qualcomm SD710 chipset. It is the latest chipset from Qualcomm and is based on 10nm platform. Plus, it also performs better than the Snapdragon 660 and is also quite similar to Snapdragon 845 chipset. Qualcomm SD710 is a powerhouse of features and is a must have chipset.

– six cores of Kryo 360 Cortex A5 at 1.7 GHz
